All of our laundromats are open 7 days a week 8am-10pm (last wash at 9pm)

What payment methods do you accept?

We utilize a mobile payment app and have in-store payment kiosks where customers can pay with credit/debit cards and cash to start their machines. Our Charlotte locations have coin machines, but our Greensboro and Winston-Salem locations do not.

Do you offer dry-cleaning services?

Currently, we do not offer dry-cleaning.

Do you offer wash, dry and fold services?

Yes, all of our locations offer wash, dry, and fold services. See our services page for pricing.

I left belongings at the laundromat, what do I do?

Neither Laundry Unlimited, nor our employees are responsible for forgotten belongings left at our premises. Please feel free to return to our laundromat during regular business hours and ask the attendant on duty.

How fast is the turn-around time for your Wash Dry Fold service?

We guarantee 24 hours, but sometimes we process faster depending on workload and machine availability.

Do you offer bulk pricing for commercial accounts?

Do you sell laundry supplies in your laundromat?

Yes, we have a vending machine stocked with a variety of products, brands and sizes.

Much of our staff speak English and Spanish. Please check with laundromat associates.
