Amanda Anderson12 days agoLaundry Unlimited is the best company I have ever used for my laundry they pick it up on time deliver it on time all the clothes are clean and smell spring fresh as a senior citizen 74 years old I do not know how I would make it without this company they are always so understanding and yes sometimes I forget when they're coming but they always send me a text reminding me they are definitely more than a five-star company they are more like a 10-star company anyone wanting laundry done should consider this company it is wonderful

The young man who keeps it tidy was so helpful and the prices seem reasonable. They take cash, card or apple pay. It's conveniently located. Highly, highly recommend!

This is hands down the cleanest, most organized laundromat I’ve ever been in. There are washer and dryer options for every size load, and every machine I saw was spotless. One thing I thought was especially helpful was that they have signs on top of the washers showing how many loads each machine can handle. I’ve never seen that at another laundromat, and it makes it incredibly easy to choose the right machine without guessing or wasting money on one that’s too small or too large. The employee working today deserves recognition. She has been constantly cleaning, organizing, helping customers, and staying busy the entire time I’ve been here. Friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. The convenience is unmatched. You can pay with cash, card, swipe, or scan a QR code with your phone. There are vending machines for snacks, drinks, detergent, and laundry supplies, plus games, free Wi-Fi, TVs, folding stations, and plenty of seating. What impressed me most was how organized everything is. Even their wash-and-fold service area is neatly labeled, folded, and arranged. And somehow it’s still one of the most affordable laundromats I’ve been to. If I had one suggestion, it would be adding air conditioning since the doors are open and it gets a little warm. That said, they have fans running and honestly everything else is so good it’s hard to complain. This place sets the standard for what a laundromat should be. Clean, organized, affordable, and staffed by people who genuinely care. Highly recommend.+7

I only use them temporarily when the home machines require service and my expectations have never been high with public laundry mats. Everyone Ive used has had at-least a few machines down, dirty spaces, felt over crowded or maybe had unusable restrooms. This place looks new, has free working wifi, working charging stations, nice bathrooms, a few games, vending and wash/dry machines that ALL work. Doubt this place will ever feel crowded with all the machines preventing any wait times. The dryers are reasonably priced and 45 mins was way over done on loads that easily fill a 30 gallon trash bag when done. Dried a large load of towels in 30 minutes. The GM, Angel is standup and professional. Can park right next to side door for easy loading plus the Supermarket is next door for more options .+8

Sam sung141 days agoThis must be by far the best laundromat in the area! I walked out of there and I forgot I was walking out of a laundromat lol. The place was spotless clean inside, Machines look good and updated. Friendly staff I was greeted by Leah she was excellent if there was an option to give 10 starts I would. Leah was easy to communicate, gave me a breakdown of the prices. Gave me an option to pick up y clothes same day or next. I choose Next day. Next day pick up was smooth, they did a grate job I saw Leah again had my clothes ready for me. Smooth transaction I will visit here again.

Her natural ability to be friendly, helpful, resourceful, kind, practical and sufficiently move quickly to make things happen is to be admired as this takes a special particular individual when working with customers acknowledged by her management team is a must without a doubt. Please keep in mind haven’t gone to a laundry place in years ++++++ didn’t know what to expect or how to operate the machines at all she helped me every step of the way till the end. Place was super clean and organized. Definitely, will come back soon again.

It was easy to hand them my bag of clothes and pick up outstandingly clean & crisply folded clothes the next day. Began doing laundry myself here with ease due to the high-tech machines and interface. Very much suggest coming here for a quick clean.

John bonilla225 days agoThe washing machines vary in size and price but in my experience we're always clean and operated properly. Dryers are available in different sizes, and have always been clean and in good working order. You can pay with debit card or credit card. The actual space is clean with a few tvs, a children's corner for the kids and some seating. I've always felt safe. Food Lion is right next door so you can shop while your clothes dry. All in all a reasonable Laundromat experience.

All of the employees bend over backwards to be positive and helpful and efficient. You can trust them with your expensive items I have taken my king comforter several times and I am always pleased with the professional but personal treatment they give making sure it exceeds my expectations every time. I recommend them highly.

Joel Brown230 days agoMy washer is broken (again), and because of the icy roads, no one can come service it. LAUNDRY UNLIMITED TO THE RESCUE! This place is SO nice and extremely clean and well-maintained, and the man working there, Angel, was incredibly helpful. It’s easy to pay with a card here (but if you love using quarters, you can do that, too). I did my own wash, but you can get full-service (even same day) if you want. Because my washer is terrible(and it seems like my neighborhood may not be clear for weeks), I will definitely be back. Thanks, Angel!

Tiffany Beheler337 days agoThis is by far the best laundromat in Charlotte. I went to the location on Monroe road and was impressed with their washing machines and dryers which are brand new. There's a payment center which accepts cash and your card...just a quick reminder to record in your ledger the charges because the payment center doesn't print receipts. Great customer service and the staff particularly Shelia and Adam are awesome.

S B362 days agoI am so pleased with the pick up, delivery, and wash and fold service! It feels like every week is a birthday when I receive my neatly stacked and folded (or hung) family's clothing, sheets,and towels. Being able to choose my detergent and wash temp is important and good for our laundry. Any questions and I've had quick follow-up with a phone call. I'm buying a smaller washer after our kitchen/laundry is renovated because I plan to continue the service.

Laundry Unlimited hands down is the best laundromat! New washers and dryers, super clean, very nice waiting area. It's an upscale laundromat. They also offer wash/dry/fold services too and nice friendly helpful attendants. This is definitely the laundromat you want to use!!
Scott M390 days agomy dryer was acting as if it didn’t have just one job, so i had to reach out to wash the dirty draws, haven’t used many public laundry mats in my life- although this is the place i’d go for sure! friendly staff, spacious, very clean, safe. ( also a grocery store is right next door in case you need anything close by )

Most importantly, Nicole was extremely helpful on my first visit ever to a public laundromat, she showed me all my options and helped me get the best service for my money. I would highly recommend Laundry Unlimited for your laundry needs.

Smells good and have FREE WIFI for you to use while waiting on your cloths to CleanUp! Have plenty of tables and chairs for you to rest or wait. No wait time to load your cloths. I recommend it for everyone looking to wash/dry cloths. Very happy!

Pascal D472 days agoThey have extra large washer and dryers for your huge comforters. Process are reasonable. The washer and dryers are fast. They have vending machines for both food and laundry supplies. If you prefer to pay in coins, they have a change maker. Alternatively, can download an app, use your card, or tap to pay. They have variety of neatly displayed magazines. They have outlets and plenty of seating if you need to plug in a laptop and get work done. There are plenty of staff onsite keeping the place spotless and answering questions. There bathrooms are very clean and well-stocked. This was much easier than washing clothes in the small stacked washer/dryer at home. If I lived in the area, I would visit regularly.

It is a very pleasant atmosphere and it is nice to have staff on hand to assist if need to. I will come back to do my laundry even though it is a little distance from where I live but it is worth it to feel safe and pleasant business .

Well I'm not disappointed at all, the establishment is very clean, well maintained and the two ladies that were there, were extremely, helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this laundromat to everyone. It's a bit pricey but when you have lots of big things to wash~ the mission is to get it all done ✔️ 😀. SKY & NICOLE WERE AWSOME. I will be a returning customer 🙂

Joy McQuaig506 days agoI moved to the area in November. I have been doing laundry once or twice a week at the Winston Salem location. I’m so impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere. They offer great services. Nicole recently started working there and she is fantastic. She is very friendly and helpful. All the staff I have encountered work very hard but she is my favorite. I have a stressful job and I work a lot of hours. I find serenity coming here and all my laundry gets done at once. Keep up the stellar work!

One of the best Laundromats I’ve been in a long time. Staff was great. The machines clean and plenty of them.+2Awesome place! Clean. Helpful and joyful staff. So much better than even than doing it all at home! Angel was and is the best! Keep him around! And you make friends who are washing and drying also!+1Easily the nicest laundry mat I have ever used. I only use them temporarily when the home machines require service and my expectations have never been high with public laundry mats. Everyone Ive used has had at-least a few machines down, dirty spaces, felt over crowded or maybe had unusable restrooms. This place looks new, has free working wifi, working charging stations, nice bathrooms, a few games, vending and wash/dry machines that ALL work. Doubt this place will ever feel crowded with all the machines preventing any wait times. The dryers are reasonably priced and 45 mins was way over done on loads that easily fill a 30 gallon trash bag when done. Dried a large load of towels in 30 minutes. The GM, Angel is standup and professional. Can park right next to side door for easy loading plus the Supermarket is next door for more options .+8Very Very Very clean Laundry mat itself and machines. Agents are always very friendly and well trained customer service. Especially Nicole - she is awesome! I recommend that you come!+0Loved washing clothes, it felt easier and more efficient to pay technology wise other than using coins and actual money. By the way the employees are really nice. (I am 12 btw)+0My dryer’s been down so Ive been looking for a laundromat to dry my clothes with apprehension, worried about the environment or people Id find at one and the hassle of finding loose change to take to this place and was prepared for the worst when coming here only to be pleasantly surprised by the high tech equipment and the kind people. Especially Evelyn! She was very sweet, helpful and personable with me and I didn’t even need the coins, I had multiple avenues to pay with cash, card, or on the app they use here.+0**UPDATE** I neglected to mention the Huebsch APP. It is easy to navigate/use and you earn rewards, quickly! The first time I added $10 to the app - i immediately received a $10 bonus reward, which was fantastic! Also I met another employee Evelyn - friendly, helpful, and adorably sweet!** My (home) washer died suddenly and I am so glad my daughter found this place! Dartagnan was the young man working and he was BEYOND kind, helpful, and professional! It is so clean. It may seem expensive but for the amount of clothes you can put in the $6.50 washer - it is worth it!+1Very good laundry service! The staff is pleasant and helpful+0Great place+3Had not gone to a laundromat in. This place is very clean and the attendant Nick was very very helpful. I will be coming back to do my laundry here. Plenty of parking! Free Wi -fi+2Very nice self serve laundry. Very good equipment and the place is clean and has friendly staff. The very large commercial washer holds 8 loads and was great for washing 2 oversized comforters. The equipment has a wide range of washing and drying options. Dryers are available in different sizes, and have always been clean and in good working order. You can pay with debit card or credit card. The actual space is clean with a few tvs, a children's corner for the kids and some seating. I've always felt safe. Food Lion is right next door so you can shop while your clothes dry. All in all a reasonable Laundromat experience.Five stars for five star service! I have used laundry unlimited several times and I have had excellent service. All of the employees bend over backwards to be positive and helpful and efficient. You can trust them with your expensive items I have taken my king comforter several times and I am always pleased with the professional but personal treatment they give making sure it exceeds my expectations every time. I recommend them highly.My washer is broken (again), and because of the icy roads, no one can come service it. LAUNDRY UNLIMITED TO THE RESCUE! This place is SO nice and extremely clean and well-maintained, and the man working there, Angel, was incredibly helpful. It’s easy to pay with a card here (but if you love using quarters, you can do that, too). I did my own wash, but you can get full-service (even same day) if you want. Not very intuitive, but once you get past that, it is a great app. Otherwise a great experience. Would love it if they added a fragrance-free option to their laundry detergent items for sale. You don't need to worry about losing a laundry card again because it is all on your phone. Even though they do charge a little more for warm or hot water, I think it's honestly worth it. The washers clean amazingly, and you are getting what you pay for. The best part is that it wasn't packed with people like every other laundry mat. I LOVE IT HERE. They don’t have a stand alone utility sink for hand washing anything, which was the only real downside of this place. Manager Nick was super helpful and friendly. If you sign up for the app (one way to pay and track your machine’s process) it gives you a $5.00 credit, which was more than enough to dry a huge load in their biggest dryer, including bedding. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back. Living in an apartment complex, you know how stressful it can be to do your laundry at the on sight laundry facilities and having to always save up quarters.
